moniker auctions

hi,
anyone here use moniker auctions to sell domains?
cuz i want to know
1- if you put domains for consideration will they all be accepted all or they accept some & deny others?
&
2- must a domain be transferred to moniker?
&
3- i send them some of my domains & i received a forwarded email of an agreement to sign & fax it,so is every time for every occassion of a live auction i must fax them a signed agreement?
so i need some help from the experts here which already used this service before & i will be thankful of any reply.

Yes, I have.
They only accept what they think will sell. I have herd of a woman getting all her names in a then selling them all, but you know them stories be like once in a blue moon type thing.

Well with my broker i never have to keep signing the agreement for every auction not saying your suppose to or not, I'm just not to sure.

My Broker is Richard Boyer and he is very nice he listens to you and tell you what you need to no I would recomend him. I say this cuz I had another broker with moniker and he never returned my calls or answered my questions.

Hope this helps

I've tried getting names accepted by Moniker but sof ar with no success - they pick what they like - sometimes there appears to be no rhyme or reason to what they like - and there was a long discussion about the names chosen for a recent auctionwhich a lot of people here thought were very poor names, whilst other better names were rejected and that getting chosen may be a question of who you know (i'll see if I can find the link) - the CEO came to defend their choice of names but the auction turned out to be not very successful so maybe he was wrong. My manager is not Richard Boyer but by the sounds of things it would be better for me if it was - my manager seems a bit sleepy so I'm losing faith with the whole Moniker experience
