Question: for geos, which is better realestate or homes?

I'll use Denver as an example.

(in reality is about a new area developing that is growing very fast, I'm not sure which names to choose)

So... how would you rank these names

Denverrealestate.com

DenverHomes.com

VisitDenver.com

DenverHotels.com

DenverGuide.com

Are they all equal in value or do any shine above the others? Are there any other key options or keywords that I am missing?

Go with homes, it yields more Google results with Denver.

Homes and Real Estate are both comparable and very high quality. Homes obviously leans a bit more toward strictly residential, whereas Real Estate is somewhat more encompassing of homes and commercial properties.

Of the 5 names you listed, "DenverGuide" is far lesser a name than the others.

In terms of their value just for parking them, I would rank them like this:

1 - DenverHomes.com -
2 - Denverrealestate.com - All three could be strong earnings while parked
3 - DenverHotels.com -

4 - VisitDenver.com - Much less value, but could earn some money from parking.

DenverGuide.com would have little to no value from parking so I would not consider it.

Parking and resale values may or may not go the same way. I think DenverGuide.com could also sell for a good amount, maybe more than VisitDenver.com.
