How do I redirect www.site.com to site.com

Hello there,
I own a site Funkx.com. I have put the URL all over the internet as http://funkx.com. However, when I type http://www.funkx.com, I'm unable to go to my site.

Could anyone tell me how to solve this?

If your on Apache...check out mod_rewrite.

Here is a link to tutorial (not my site) which teaches you how to do it. It's very easy and you will understand it without any problems.

Edit your .htaccess file on your Apache server.

Code:

RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^funkx\.com[nc]

RewriteRule (.*) http://www.funkx.com/$1 [R=301,L]
