Help! SEDO Transfer Taking Too Long.....


Help needed from experienced domainers who have sold domains at SEDO. I agreed to sell my domain at SEDO on 4/15, the buyer has already transferred money to SEDO, however I CANNOT get anyone at SEDO to engage in contact with me, does anyone have a contact (name/ phone ) I could use to finish this transfer!.

Sure, they (SEDO) kept sending me updates to the wrong email account!. I finally sent an email to their transfer dept. and someone contacted me....though I feel they are not very customer orientated, either that, or they are too busy dealing with the $XXX,XXX sales and cannot be bothered with the small folks like me who are dealing with small domain sales...
