What is PR and Overture?

I keep hearing these terms thrown around a lot but can't find a good definition.

Is there a good glossary somewhere?

PR probably refers to Google PageRank...at least in the context of domain names. It's just one of many ways Google ranks pages in the search results.

Overture, or OVT for short, is a tool that shows you how many times a keyword has been searched the past month, which I believe hasn't been updated for over a year (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

Overture has not been updated since November 2006. However, past Overture results can be found at Estibot.
