They are basically selling the domain xperiax1.us, with a godaddy email account.

For online store sellers, these types of email addresses can be intriguing.

Actually, I can't figure out if he's trying to sell the domain itself or just use of an email address from the domain.

It almost appears the seller knows the domain is a TM problem but thinks that if you don't put up a website and only use it for email that you are okay. Don't fall for that.
