They actually haven`t. But according to ICANN rules you can ask for refund within 5 days and can taste that way.

Does that mean GoDaddy does not have tasting feature?
I doubt to click the GoDaddy's "Cancel Domain" button because i don't know whether GoDaddy will refund my domain or not

Code:
NOTE: Cancelling a domain does not entitle you to a refund of any registration or transfer fees.

Take them a call or ask for refund via email. Cancel domain only after they respond.

I've gotten a refund on a few, here's the email from them on the easy way to do it. Once you cancel email support and ask for a refund.

Quote:
Thank you for contacting Online Support.

We would be happy to request a refund for your order. However, we will need you to first cancel the service in question within 5 days of the purchase. Once the service has been canceled, please reply and we will submit your refund request.

Please note: Cancellation and refund of certain services will also cancel any free services associated with it.

Once logged in, follow the steps below to cancel:

• Select 'Payments and Renewing Items' from the 'Customer Info & More' menu.
• Check the box next to the item(s) you would like to cancel and click on the 'Cancel Item' button.
• Select 'Cancel Now' in the menu that appears to the right.
• Click on 'Save Changes'.
