![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | The specifics vary from registrar but there is normally a way to "Push" a domain from one account at a registrar to another account at the same registrar. This happens very quickly and is usually free. So you could "Push" a domain from your namecheap account to mine as soon as you received payment from me. Domains can also be transferred to a different registrar but there is a charge and the process is more involved. |

During the push the name server information doesn't normally change so the pushed site would continue to run on your server. Sometimes people provide cpanel or FTP access to their account so the buyer can get in to move it themselves. |
