Re-registration dotORG

Yesterday, one domain .ORG deleted. Now, he is available for new registration. All Whois-services show me that domain "not found".
But I can't register them by 2 registrators, they tell me, that domain "not available".
Some others deleted domains also can't be register. Why?

domaintools.com says that

Domain expires few month ago, now deleted, but also "On hold". I will be wait for his total deleteon.
