Website has links everywhere! Why? Thanks

Hi! I'm new to domaining and I recently registered defeatcancer.ca and for some reason if you go to google and type defeatcancer.ca theres links everywhere!
At legitimate sites everywhere!

Such as "Dangers of tobacco........ blah blah blah read the rest of his artivle at www.defeatcancer.ca "

I don't get it. I did a whois history report and I was the first one to register it. Its just parked right now. I wonder what happened. If any of you would be so kind take a look in google under "defeatcancer.ca" and please help me out. It wasn't like this a few days ago.
