| NamePros Regular | The person ending up with the domain purchases a request for transfer at their preferred registrar. The person selling the domain gives the authorization code to the buyer and he/she enters it at their registrar.

??? A transfer by definition is a transfer out from one to another. Yes. All transfers cost about one year renewal because the one year is added to the registration.
