Question Domain strategy - Option A or Option B?

My apologizes in advance if this is comes across as a "newbie" question.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-newbies/441955-domain-strategy-option-a-option-b.html
As Popie said; "I yam what I yam".

I have noticed that some Domain buyers have developed their portfolio by acquiring every domain (everything and anything) related to that particular subject. For instance, there is one who has a portfolio around wines, another with domains related to a specific disease. I will use “manufacturer” as example to help illustrate my question.

Am I better using that strategy of acquiring domains that are common keyword searches and have them forwarded to my main domain address or should I have one domain, but have my website pages specific to those same common searches?

Option A:
Buy the following common search terms as domains IF they were available:
Manufacturerlister.com – The main domain that I would have the ones below forward to:
Domain #2: manufacturerswebsites.com
Domain #3: luggagefabricmanufacturer.com
Domain #4: fashionaccessoriesmanufacturers.com
Domain #5: biochipsmanufacturers.com

Option B: Buy the main domain “Manufacturerlister.com” (home page) and build additional WebPages (no domains).
Page #2: manufacturerswebsites.com
Page #3 luggagefabricmanufacturer.com
Page #4: fashionaccessoriesmanufacturers.com
Page #5: biochipsmanufacturers.com

1) What is the best way to drive organic traffic, based upon if someone entered in any of the 2-5 searchers??
2) What has the potential to be more valuable for resale?

Note: The 2-5 searches in this example return around 300 hits per day each. In neither case A nor B would I have the prime domain “manufacturer” for that category. It would need to be something affordable and available.
