Help! OVT or Google results?

Which one is more important? I found a name in the closeout section on TDNAM that I'm considering and here are the stats from estibot..

Frequency (Google) 943
in Anchor Text 103000
in Title 151000
in URL 23600
Backlinks 0
Alexa Rank Not Ranked
Traffic (Visits / Day) N/A
PPC Ads # 26
Overture/mo 6901
Wordtracker/day 14

You can see there aren't many results for Google, but the OVT isn't too shabby...Does the extra OVT make up for lack of Google results?

If the Google results are just numbers about how the domain/keyword(s) show up in search results, I don't care anything about those.

Overture, or Traffic Estimator are much more important to me. I also like to see some existing traffic at TDNAM unless they keywords are really good.

You don't say if you are going to park/develop/sell the domain, and that makes a difference. I only buy to park, so I only care about real or potential traffic, max bid amounts, and number of PPC ads that are running.

Unless I am mistaken, I was under the impression that OVT was no longer working, or rather, the data now being supplied by it is historical!.

IMHO, the google results in anchor text are more accurate, they specify exactly how many times that "keyword" is used in the google search engine...

IMHO, the google results in anchor text are more accurate, they specify exactly how many times that "keyword" is used in the google search engine...Plus, with google having over 60% of the market share of search engines, it's probably quite accurate to say that it's a popular "keyword".
