Huge car market. Domain can be used for one of the major car mfg. (such as Ford, etc. that have locations in Spain) or a site listing new cars that are already out or coming soon.

PersonalWebPage.mobi (OVT: 12,206,413 searches per mth!!!)

Great domain name for accessing your own personal web page on your mobile device or other peoples (friends) personal web page, etc. OVT currently higher than that of "porn" searches, which is reading at 6,420,605 per mth.

next 12 mths: 152,580,162

Yes, I am sure you could get a great price for "new cars" domain....the ES domain was only launched a couple of years ago, so it'll take a while before that market is hot, but you seem to have a great domain to monetize....
