Simple, park your domain at sedo and optimize your keywords.

and park it at SEDO for FREE. they will set up ads for you or you can choose some. then wait for the $$ to roll in. simple as ABC!

Does it really pay a lot more than Sedo ? You need to have at least 100 domains I think. That's a lot.. I may have near that, but they're not all to park.

You need a few very good atleast or alot

Pay alot more than SEDO for me, on some domains.

Domain parking = get domains with type in traffic, and it will convert if its any good.
