Please tell me where i can find some lists of domains which have pr? Or maybe you can advice me some tool to search them)

you could try http://www.dropdoctor.com.

be aware that most available domains with high pr have been faked (redirected) however, good domains are available, if you search hard enough If you're after traffic and quick indexing it's worth also looking for domains with pages and links in search engines regardless of pr. (if a domain has apparent PR but no pages or links in google it's probably faked anyway)
