everything is US US US ..

i dont have a credit card..

how am i gonna have domain names at namecheap.com or godaddy.com..

Try to get a debit card with Visa/ Visa Electron logo as some banks are offering this service. You can purchase using it just like a credit card and the spent funds will just be deducted from your bank account balance. You can also tie it with your Paypal account. Hope this help you.
