right...people say they can "stumble" my site and I am newer so I had no idea what that meant...

Basically that means:
1. Someone registers at StumbleUpon
2. and downloads the StumbleUpon toolbar
3. Then he opens your website
4. and gives your website a thumbs-up

By doing this, he is "recommending" your website for other people to view, thus giving free traffics to your website.

Many people are doing stumble exchanges on forums.
I also have a website dedicated to exchanging stumbles...
