Question Desperate: How can I add funds to my paypal account ???

Seems ridicilous, but I don't manage to figure out how to add funds to my paypal account.
I opened this account recently to pay a fellow member of this forum for his service.
The payment which I sent (by credit card) could not be accepted by him.
Now I'm desperately looking to fund this account.
I have credit cards and bank accounts in Brazil and Germany.

If anybody can give a hint how to do this I'll be very greatful.

Add Bank Account (U.S. Bank Accounts Only)

Unfortunately I do not have an U.S. Bank Account. Only Brazilian and German.

Pay yourself. Easiest way. There will be a little loss between the money you have sent and taken but it is not that much

1. Having 2 accounts, agisnt the rules, both accounts will be frozen

2. Why not just use credit card to pay the person he is trying to pay in the first place.

Exactly ! If the person you're paying has a personal account you may not be able to send them funds.

Only the first page opens in german. After the Login I'm again in the english speaking environment, asking for U.S. bank account only.

This was what I've done right in the beginning, expecting a smooth transaction. But after hitting the submit button the nightmare began: I already felt concerned because paypal announced something like: "The recipient will have to upgrade his account in order to receive your payment".
The next step was that I got the message: "Payment Denied - Amount backcredited to credit card account".
I don't like this company, but seems that a lot of the members of this forum are doing business with them.
My question: Do they all have a U.S. bank account or do I miss something?

Alternative solutions

- Ask the recipient to upgrade his account to premier/business

- You create another paypal account, transfer the money to your other paypal and from that account transfer to the recipient personal.

- Pay the money to anyone, your friend's paypal, ask them to send the money to the receipient's paypal.

The specific problem is resolved (thanks to ikobo.com).
The general problem persists because it seems that for business on this forum paypal is the most popular payment method of choice.
Also I'm still waiting for an answer of paypal support to my email.

Congrats on choosing ikobo. I like this payment processor myself, specially for relatively modest amounts to/from non-US countries.

As far as I observed the fees on ikobo for a $10 payment made by Visacard:
The sender pays a fee of $2,00.
The receiver pays another fee of $1,50 for ATM withdrawel.
Means $12 IN for $8,50 OUT, nearly 30% fees.
Maybe with higher values the ratio becomes better.
