is this expensive or reasonable?

Operating storage: 512 Mb
Hard disk: 40 Gb

Preinstalled operating systems: Red Hat 9.0 or Windows. Any other operating system can be installed upon customer's request.
All servers are connected to 100-megabit channel.

There are 4 IP addresses for each channel. IPs can be changed in case they get blocked or get into black lists. You can choose several subnets.

very high.
You can get a VERY WELL HOSTED(meaning it's no a fast network) dual xeon with 2 gigs a ram for less than that

Sounds very expensive but then again BP(Bulletproof)/Offshore hosting is always expensive

Asian servers are always costly , I mostly see warez or other junk sites in these servers.
