Caution Good Advice for what NOT to register


I think a lot of us get very excited when we see big numbers on Google or OVT, or when we think about starting our own social networking sites. Here is some good advice about why to steer clear of some of these things:

The title of the article is Choosing profitable domain names 101 - Stay away from “the giant’s niches”. I hadn't thought about things like this before but the author is right.

Good advice. One thing to keep in mind though is that when a niche is large enough, it is not a niche any more but rather a sector. You can still find your own niche in that sector. I generally agree with the article though.
