I picked up a domain with 9 old links to it (is this what a "backlink" is?)

Can anybody tell me how to find out where these links are from? I've done this before but can't remember what tool I used to do it.

This tool will show you backlinks as well as indexed pages, alexa ranking, page rank amongst other info:
