How long before full control of a domain

If a person X wants to tranfer a domain to person Y, how long will it take before person Y has full control of the domain transfered? Both accounts are Godaddy.

1h, 1day, 1week?

That process should be instantly done. I use GoDaddy Reseller and I am sure GoDaddy emplies the same strategy, they send some authorization / secuity code to the new owner email. He log in and push the name to his account by "Accepting account change".

I did this process today, didn't take more than 5 minutes. Correct me there If I am wrong

Freshfroot will become famous soon enough

I think pushing is no problem, BUT changing the information eg. registrant info, there is a limit. I believe it's every 60 days?? and after u make registrant changes, you have to wait another additional 60 days before you can transfer out of godaddy too.
