What gives value to a domain name?

In what order should the following determine a value of a domain name?

Google PR
Overture
length (number of chars)
Alexa Rank
language (EN/FR/RU/etc)
listed in DMOZ
Webarchive age
Technorati Rank
Delicious index
Google index
listed in Yahoo directory
Wikipedia (EN) results
Ask index
other possible means (please specify)

to be specific, what the actual domain name is and whether others want that domain.

So, a domain name listed in DMOZ has no value to you at all?

dmoz has been going downhill for a while now and if you do a search of it here or on google you will see how the editors are bribing people etc.

# searches a day @ overture/google/yahoo/msn for the keywords in the domain
Topic? is it currently hot (temp) or a general name that stays hot?
Age of the domain (when was it first registered)
Traffic (and from where does it comes searchengine/type-in?)

i would put to N1. high natural traffic.

It depends on what do you want to do.

Traffic or PR = A Fast Sale.

Brand = A chance to make a good deal.

I always go for the traffic.

Do you really think somebody would pay $XXXX...$XXXXXXX for a domain looks for existing traffic or PR? Nope, it doesn`t matter at all. Perhaps could matter for very small businesses who would pay $XX...$XXX. But just imagine you are going to buy for example money.com. Do you look at todays ranks? Good domain should be intuitive and easy to remember - it means potential for natural traffic and makes brandability easier. PR means Page Rank not domain rank - there is a big difference. Existing traffic can be poor because of nonexistent or weak page, lack of promotion activity etc etc.
