client transfer prohibited- what does it mean


I'm new at domain biz, registering my domains I get stuff like client transfer prohibited- what does it mean
fojames is offline

Idea Market is an unknown quantity at this point
 



Client Transfer Prohibited: The registrar has set the status so the domain name cannot be transferred.

It could also mean that the domain has been registered within the last 60 days, and can't be transferred to another registrar just yet.
