How to set up e-mail forwarding?

I need to set up e-mail forwarding for one of my domains, as I'm developing a website and want the contact e-mail to be info(at)mydomain.com

The domain is registered with GoDaddy and I see in the admin panel that I have free 100 e-mail forwardings. So I selected one for the domain, set the forwarding for info(at)mydomain.com, added my e-mail address where to forward the e-mails, but it doesn't work yet. It says: "Pending setup: validating MX record". When I click on that, I'm shown this article: http://help.godaddy.com/article.php?article_id=321

However, I don't know how to change the MX records in my hosting account CPanel. Do you guys know? I have never done this before.
