Just bought 1st .com from dynadot , says settings

locked and private. Does this mean I can't access them yet, or that they are locked and private to me? I want to sell this over the weekend and I think I can manage the transfer just by reading posts here. Dynadot seems to have free account and push, doesn't seem too difficult.

Congrats on your first .com purchase.

1. Lock is an option which when enabled prevents transfer of the domain to another acccount. When you push the domain to a new owner's account, make sure you unlock the domain and then do the push.
2. Private - I think you are referring to the private registration which means your contact details are not shown when checked on whois. You can use this option if you dont want your contact details to be shown to public. This as well can be switched on or off.

Hope it helps. Good luck.
