Trade mark issues?

How can you find out if a domain you own is trade marked?

Hi kgrrl,

I am new at this & struggling to learn my way around too. And this would definately be the case of blind leading the blind. But, what I've been doing is going into USTPO's TESS template and run the term w/o extensions and see if anyone has live trade mark on the term.

If anyone has other resouces on the matter, help us out. Thanks!

I don't worry about trade marks to much although I have no domain names that are. I listened to an attorney talk at domain masters talk radio show located over at Moniker. He stated that only 200 companies in the world could successfully sue and win on trademark issues. The companies have to be known by everybody (in the world) in order to sue. Then again, just hope no one sues you even for the most frivolous things for
