another noobie question??

whats the difference between

"custom name servers" "dedicaTED SERVER" and "dedicated IP"

SOME explainations would be helpful!

Dedicated server would be a server set aside for you to use, dedicated ip would be an ip set aside for you to use, custom ns would be dns that you create e.g. ns1.yourdomain.com ns2.yourdomain.com
