anybody have luck with GD backorders

there is a domain that is pending delete that is regisgtered at godaddy.
I had a backorder that i purchased a while back so i put it on the domain.

I noticed that snapnames allready has it listed for an auction in the next few days when it deletes.

Has anybody had any luck in this type of situation?

in my experience, GD backorder doesn't even work on names registered with them, let alone anyone else.

I had that happen once. I believe I found out that if you win at TDnam they will take the money you payed and apply it towards it. Very horrible practice, and a big waste of money.

I would write a nasty email saying how this seems like such a scam to get a refund at least as this was the reason you backordered was to get this name and in bad faith maybe they are auctioning it off to the highest bidder. SMells fishy...

good luck, Gary.
