Moniker.com

Hello, I applied for a couple of my names to be on Moniker.com's Oct auction. I was sent an Exclusive Right to Sale Aggrement. If I am reading this correctley it states that I cannot sell my names to anyone for 120 days. Is that right? Is that for all names with Moniker or just the ones going into the auction event? If any of you guys have experience with Moniker.com, pls share them with me. I thank you in advance.

It only applies to the ones you submitted
Also it is a common belief that if your name is not selected for the silent or live auction That your free to sell as you please. But if you do sell before then you by signing r legally bound to pay them their commision.
Any how its best to wait to find out if youv made the cut.
They would look pretty incompetent if they sold your name not knowing you had already sold it.
check out the old threads about past auctions. on this forum and at dnf.
you could always just ask your rep
