Unable to access webpage?

Hi, I have recently moved one of my sites. The problem is this. Everybody else can view my website as it is now live. All DNS are pointing in right directions etc. Hence being able to view it.
However I had to upload via FTP using the sites IP addy as the usual ftp.domain.com would not let me access.
I am also unable to access my control panel via www.domain.com/cpanel and have to access it thru their members area.
I have cleared the cache reset my router etc and deleted pretty much everything internet file related.
Does anybody have any suggestions as to why the site isnt working for me but is for everybody else?
Thanks in advance, DW.

Maybe it's something wrong with DNS servers from your computer.

Change DNS servers on your computer to OpenDNS.com ones:
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

It could be that your ISP is using cached DNS info. In a day or two the domain could resolve correctly.
You can check on dnsstuff.com and on your end, for example do a ping and see if the IP addresses reported are the same.
