How much does Sedo charge to transfer to buyer? Help please

I am so confused about this.

First I thought it was free, then a minimum of fifty dollars.

What's the real answer?

I have many domains I would sell for $12, but not if I have to pay a $50 transfer fee.

To list a domain on Sedo is free.

Sales must be a minimum of $50.

If an offer is accepted by both parties, Sedo will act as the 3rd party (Escrow) and collect 10% commission of the sales price.

So if you sold a domain for $50 you receive $45 and sedo gets $5.

other domains 10% of the sales price
[ minimum $150 ]
