According to 3character.com

General concensus states that the letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, L, M, N, O, P, R, S, T are considered premium letters.

Other lesser high quality letters include: J, K, U, V, W.

Lower quality letters include: Q, X, Y, Z.

Matt.

This really is a bit too vague of question.

"Premium Letters" depends on whether the site has value as an acronym or pronunciation

The 3 letter.com site's list is good for acronyms

However, if you are looking at a brandable 4 or 5 letter name the same list doesn't always hold true as it depends on how pronouncable the letter is and how many other letters have like sounds that can be confused vs the list above which is based on the amount of quality words that can be derived from each letter.

of course, when you take other things into account like whether these letters form a specific acronym, the whole thing goes out of whack. i was just generally talking about letters which were valuable versus those that were not, all other things being equal.
