I heard that you cannnot transfer these domains.. is that true? Also any value you in them?

You can do a registrant transfer, but you cannot do a registrar transfer. If you buy a registered .ws, make sure it's at a registrar you want to maintain an account with and that the renewal prices are reasonable. The .ws domain would probably sell much better if registrar transfers were allowed.

That is correct. You cannot transfer .ws ccTLD from one registrar to the other.

Actually it's the thing I worried about .ws. Don't know if any registrars might set cheap registeration price but high renewal price, it's a trap.

hmmmm, godaddy has the same registration and renewal price of 10.00

regardless, it makes .ws worth almost nothing..
