help needed here..


hi,
i have bought a .mobi and a month later discovered the name is tm.
but the name is also an english dic word.what should i do?
do they have a case? can i build a site doing other stuff than the company related business?
please help,

It really depends on the domain. If it is a big company and the name is TM, you'll probably be SOL. But if it is a common dictianary word and a small company TM you may alright. Just don't park it, make a site completely different from the company.
