How long to actually register a .cn name at idotz.net? I am just registered my first .cn name and has been almost 1 hour, but the domain name seem like still available. BTW, I paid by PayPal.

iDotz is NOT live registration. They use "delayed registration" so time may be slow. If you can pay an extra dollar, use dynadot which is instant.
