   | Checklist before you BUY A DOMAIN :) Well Guys I was just wondering how about having a checklist before u think is the domain good to get it or not....especially when new domainers have low funds to investment initially! I am a learner but i follow a certain steps before i make a decision Coz what looks nice is not valuable $ ......right! It would be great if an expert comments and improve this post....Let me take the initiative!  1> Think of a domain and target an area...business...gambling..education etc 2> try the search 3> Try keyword searchers like ( which shows various combination of keyword) Domainideas.com domainsbot.com (found it very good) 4> once u make a short list of domains available go to leapfish.com and do appraisal...(its free service and better gives u an idea) 5> go to keyword searcher which would give a rough estimate of searches made on net! http://inventory.overture.com/d/sear...ry/suggestion/ 6> find on net and forums if you can see if domains with similar keywords are in demand!...look for expiring domains with similar keywords..some times gives u an idea of how much it is worth! ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-newbies/316513-checklist-before-you-buy-a-domain.html 7> choose your registar.. 8> GET SET AND GO...   | You may want to read through the newbie threads a little bit more  If you think appraisals don't think about using leapfish or other automated online tools, they are ALL not accurate. If you want an appraisal just ask here on the forum, it's the most honest feedback you can get for your domain. Why do you think domains that are expiring give you a good idea what the domain may be worth?
