Need HELP!!!

PR4 website, available. However, all of my checking on the wayback machine, all search engines, etc, tell me this site has no incoming links, and has never existed. No history at all.
This leads me to believe it was used in cloaking/masking/dishonest purposes.

If I got it anyway, is it of any value? Is the PR still relevant in anyway? Perhaps it would be sandboxed and not worth developing into a site because of the reasons above? Please help

If site has banded by Google , you can ask them to re-index it since you are just the new owner of the domain. But still if you think the domain has some kind of bad past its better stay out of it.

That will come in handy one day... to ask google to re-index a website is it just a case of contacting them or do you go through the usual channels?
