bad hair day on namecheap

i tried ordering domains through namecheap. its dead!
i reached step 4:

Checkout : Confirm Registration

Verify the domain names, total charges, contact information and proceed to secure payment.

......but there is no bitton to move on

whats going on!!!

No idea... It might be because Verisign is down today.

The .com and .net registires are down for maintainence.

Yeah, but I'd think that registrars would accept registrations and just send them in when registries re-open...

they had posted on their site, they were doing server upgrades, but theyre up now
