Freewebs Premium

Hi, I have a premium domain with Freewebs. Their package is rubbish! I wanted to transfer my domain but I purchased the domain with them. I have emailed them a few times but I keep getting pushed to another section. Does anyone know if it is posible to tranfer a domain from Freewebs?

I went to Freewebs, but couldn't find anything about registering a domain name... I would imagion they're just a reseller and you can transfer it to another company.

I would go to the register you wish to have it at and ask them to start the transfer... you should then receive an email asking for confirmation on the transfer in the email you used to get the domain.
