question about Spanish domains and SEDO

OK,
I bought this domain,
And the traffic it gets is mainly Spanish speaking people.
So a few minutes ago, I set the nameservers to SEDO,
Then I went to SEDO's 'add domain'
It has an option for 'domain's primary language'...
So I selected 'Espanol (Spanish)'

So.. I am wondering, does this mean that the user who goes to my domain will get a page written in Spanish language?
Or will it be in English, but the links take the user to Spanish advertisers?
Or both?

I would be intersted to know. I did not think they could target based on language. pretty cool if they do.

nope, it doesnt. I had some chinese traffic names set to chinese and when I visited the page, it was in english still.
