Trying to get some expired domains back

So i have 2 domains that lapsed because they got sent to my old email which i check like 3 times a year. One was with Stargate and one with Registerfly. Now they seem to be squating it. So is the only way to get it back by trying to snipe them back? Whats the cheapest sniping service out there?

If you see the domains parked it normally means they are now in registrar-grace period (which could last 30 days). Do you see them in the lists of expired domains in your account ? You could still be able to renew them for standard renewal fee.
If you wait any longer the domain will enter redemption status and it will become more expensive to claim them back.
As for backordering no guarantees you will catch them or you could end in an expensive bidding war with other people. Act now before it's too late.
