Sold My First Domain!

Just sold ForumBurst.com for $14.

Not a crazy amount (I probably could have made way more if it was developed, but I didn't have the time . . . and as another member here said, "move the goods").

So, yea I guess I joing the domainer club officially.

Good advice "move the goods" and well done on your first sale. I know the amount is not very high but the confidence boost or "burst" is worth it, besides I don't know if you would have got much more for that name wholesale, did you sell it here?

@JasMate I did try. I set up an auction thread, but there was no interest. I also set one up at DP and it sold there.

Congrats too. I recently sold a domain as well, and have received offers for others. Didnt think too much of it back then...well, the 1st time might be the sweetest

Grats, Skinny! The amount is not as important for the first sale. What matters is that you've gotten your "feet wet", had a smooth deal and have proven that you can pull it off professionally, honest and swift. That's good enough for a respectable start!

Watch out now!!! Selling domains can easily become an addiction and there is no Domainers Anonymous or DN Detox....yet.

congrats on the sale. I saw it on dp. was going to bid but i didnt have a use for the domain. ive sold a few domains recently, and its fun, but like the post above me, dont let it get addicting
