![]() | Is netfirm good? I am thinking of rgistering some domain names will netfirms. Are they okay? How soon after payment are my name registered? Is their customer service good? They're low price of $4.95 seems very inviting! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | $4.95 is a very low price indeed. They are selling at a loss. Isn't the offer valid for the 1st name only ? How about renewal fees ? Check the fine print before you jump on the offer. Don't forget to check the registrar reviews too: http://www.namepros.com/registerindex.php?detail=106

![]() | Thanks for this post, I just reg'd a few domains there, and now have decided to cancel ASAP, no big deal - at least now I know. Best of luck!

![]() | I've been using netfirms for a while now and they are not bad. $4.95 plus privacy protection is a pretty good deal. It's true that they renew the domains at $9.95 but no big deal. The only complaint I have is they take sometime to verify your order before allowing you to change the DNS settings. I didn't know that $4.95 is only for the first four domains. I set up a new account for every domain I register with them and never paid more than $4.95. I have 6 or 7 domains with them now. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Looks like their old offer from last year is still up http://netfirms.com/max . For $10 you get 2 domains (I got one last year couldn't figure out how to get the second one) and hosting for one year. 250 GB of diskspace and 2000 GB of transfer/bandwidth plus host unlimited sites (so it's like a reseller account for super cheap). I cancelled my account with them because I didn't really need the hosting and wanted to drop the domains, but it worked for me. If it's still working, you might as well try it, you get two domains and tons of space and bandwidth for hosting. |
