   | How Do You Know A Name is Trademarked Hi guys, I would like to enter into the domain name parking business using typos. I have a number of questions 1. How do you know a name is trademerked 2. Is typo traffic the equivalent of cybersquatting. Some say it is. Is it? I am eagerly awaiting your interesting answers |

1) Go to uspto.gov. Also note that TM's are respective to countries. A particular wordmark may not be TM'ed in the US, but it may be in the UK or elsewhere. 2) Yes, assuming the domain/wordmark is TM'ed.
