GoDaddy Forwarding

I'm having trouble enabling domain forwarding with GoDaddy - I entered a URL to forward the domain to (a Hoplink affiliate one), and yet I'm still redirected to the standard GoDaddy parking page (which the nameservers are currently set to).

Can anyone please suggest how to enable domain forwarding (in the Doman overview screen, it says that forwarding has been enabled - yet I don't see it working).

Hi,

First you have to set the NameServers to ns3.secureserver.net and ns4.secureserver.net then you select your domain on your panel and click on Forward button, choose "enable forwarding" and then enter the destination url.

There are 2 more tabs in that window were you can choose the kind of forwarding "Masked or not" and add Meta-tags to the domain for search engine indexing purposes.

After you modified your settings click ok and it will take a few hours to reflect the changes, it never took more than 12 hours for me.

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much! I completely forgot about the need to set proper nameservers - hopefully that should help!
