Please check this link. The correct method would be to go to domain.com and transfer the domain from eurodns to domain.com

The following link shows it has to be done. Let me know if it worked for you.

Sorry the link didnt open for me too. I'll copy paste the text as seen in the link. This should be done from Domain.com
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-newbies/271222-problem-with-transfer.html

How to transfer your domain to our company:

1) From our home page, Select TRANSFER
2) Click Transfer a Domain Now

3) Enter each of the domains you wish to transfer into the search box

For a single domain, please use the single domain search box
If you have multiple domains to transfer, use the Bulk Domain Entry box

4) Click Check to proceed

The system tells you which domains may be transferred

3) Select the domains you want to transfer, then click Add To Order
4) When you have selected all of the domains you want to transfer, click Continue
5) You will now need to enter the authorization code for your transfer

NOTE: COM/NET/ORG/BIZ/INFO/US domain transfers require an authorization code

6) Click the Continue button

You will then be taken to our Shopping Cart where you can add services to your transfer.

NOTE: Once you have completed submitting the transfer, it can take up to 5 - 10 days for the transfer to complete.

At anytime during the transfer: If you would like to view the status of your transfer, please log into your account and click the Registrar Transfer Status link on the Home Tab.
