s$x.com keeps changing showed it as high as 77 million then a few seconds later down 10 or 20 mill.

Do not take those numbers to heart. Automated appraisal services are often off by several thousands, or even hundreds of thousands. They use very broad ways of determining a names worth.

I have evaluated many domains on leapfish and it seems to bias very heavily on archive.org results rather than keyword or number of characters etc. I have yet to find an automated appraisal that gives accurate results. I have fun with them but don't take any valuations seriously, unless they value one of my names at $100k in which case it must be right
