how to view the traffic for a specific site

i am interested to view the traffic for some sites like sedo.com, afternic.com, namepros.com

, etc and i dont know how to

can somebody tell me plz?

I dont think you can view public statistics on traffic for specific websites. If so id be interested as well.

there is a site that does it, i found it ages ago through the link page website (the owner is somwhere on this forum)

and you can type in domains, and it brings up their stats.

i have forgotten it, and would like to go on it too.

Come to think of it, their was a site at one time that i was on. It gave you like page impressions per day or something to that affect. I wish i could dig that up.

Try alexaholic.com

It makes it easier to compare stats from from many different sites using data from alexa.

Search around for an impressions counter. The site i was apart of would take in yoru daily impressions and rank you based on where you stood.

There is no method to see valid impressions for a site
There are sites with toolbars or tracking images in the html pages that rank the sites according to the data they receive

Alexa is good to start shaping a view of a site

Granted no way of getting these stats is going to be perfect. But alexa is pretty darn close. They have proved to be of a great measure for a sites traffic and reach.

Experienced users do no bet their money on one factor only

Alexa is quite good, it can be manipulated, there are programs i have seen that can do this but you can use it for a rough overview.
